Pilot/Mechanic/Jump-Gate Navigator/Catering Truck Driver Kat “S-Kat” James Reporting
The science boys determined that there was something on the planet that made the food taste wrong and that was why no one felt like eating. In light of that, I was sent back to the fleet to run supplies between the planet and the fleet and back again.
I brought samples back to the fleet for the researchers to study (all nicely contained and isolated) and brought back fresh meals from the kitchen.
Between the jumps and making sure that the military pilots knew it was me coming out of the well— my day was fairly busy. On the bright side – I was hungry and ate well.
I ended up sleeping in my ship, it just felt— safer.
