While the Lasatiea have been searching for us and the Void walkers have been doing their best to warn us as to what is going on – the smart money would say that the Void Walkers are on our side and the Lasatiea are against us.
If you listen to the fates, and what they say makes sense, everyone is on their side. The Ani hate and fear us because of what we may or may not do in the future— a future they pushed into being.
The Parataph see us as children who need to be guided and sometimes sabotaged for our own well being. The Void Walkers see us as having potential and the Lasatiea simply hate everyone who isn’t Lasatiea.
The Void Walkers see no need for any formal declarations towards or against us, any more than we’d see a need to declare that we are for or against fuzzy caterpillars. The Void Walkers have no real interest in the Parataph, the see the Ani as small-minded and the Lasatiea as the only real threat in the area.
Since the Lasatiea are a threat to everyone, with Druckab’s help and the Fates stepping in, we at least have an agreement to leave each other alone. If we find an outpost of our pact mates, we leave them alone. If we see the Lasatiea we avoid them and warn our pact mates.
Its easier said than done – but at least it’s a starting point
